Santino has been a licensed real estate professional in California since the late 1990’s and became a licensed Broker in 2005. He has supervised both Mortgage and Real Estate firms, which have helped him to acquire a wealth of real estate industry and investment knowledge. For nearly 25 years, he has represented clients throughout California with a variety of residential and commercial needs. Whether the transactions are residential, commercial, relocation, 1031 tax exchanges, trust properties, raw land or multi-unit developments, Santino works to represent and protect his clients' best interests. He has experience guiding clients through raw land transactions, and subsequently the subdivision and development processes.
